1. Why is maintenance important?

At present, there is a lot of market pressure in relation to productivity and competitiveness. Consequently, companies have often worried about meeting customers’ needs the best way possible through eliminating faults and focusing on the quality of their products and services. In such a scenario, maintenance is essential for preventing any equipment malfunctions.

2. How should I proceed in case there is a fault in my equipment?
The operation manual contains all the basic information about the equipment. If the fault is not operational, the customer should call Engemed and report on the problem in detail. The customer will then be helped by Engemed’s technical personnel and, in some cases, a visit will be necessary.

3. How long does it take to receive a technical visit upon request?
Contract customers are serviced within 24 hours on average (Monday through Friday). In other cases, the average time is 48 hours (Monday through Friday).
